1.  Romans was written before Paul's journey to Rome (Rom.1:10-15).
 

2.  This term indicates the vital connection between the gospel of the uncircumcision, the message of reconciliation, etc.  Probably the most comprehensive term for the good news which Paul proclaimed is that found in Acts 20:24: "the gospel of the grace of God."
